Auto Electrician in Peshawar

A car's electrical system is a web of fuses, relays, switches, sensors and wires, and a fault in one corner can look like a problem somewhere else. Swapping parts until the fault disappears is expensive and often does not work. We trace the fault from the symptom back to the exact wire, connector or component.

Ali Car AC & Electrician has worked on cars in Peshawar for over 15 years. Our workshop is at Tambwan Mod, Ismail Market, University Road, and we handle the everyday electrical problems as well as the awkward ones.

Signs you need this

  • Warning lights on the dashboard that come and go
  • The battery goes flat after the car is parked overnight
  • Power windows, central locking or mirrors that work only sometimes
  • Headlights, indicators or brake lights that flicker or fail
  • Fuses that blow again soon after being replaced
  • The engine cranks slowly or the starter clicks without turning

How we do it

  1. Listen and look

You tell us when the fault happens and what changed before it started. Then we check the visible items: fuses, connectors, earth points and any accessories fitted later.

  2. Test the battery and charging

Many electrical faults start with low voltage. We test the battery and the alternator output first so we are not chasing false symptoms.

  3. Trace the circuit

With a multimeter, test light and, where a control module is involved, a scan tool, we follow the circuit until we find the break, short or bad connection.

  4. Repair the fault

We repair or replace the faulty part properly. We do not bypass a circuit or fit a bigger fuse, because that hides the fault and risks a fire.

  5. Test everything nearby

Before returning the car we test the repaired circuit and related functions, so a second fault does not surprise you on the road.

Frequently asked questions

What does an auto electrician fix?

Anything powered by the battery and wiring: starting and charging, lights, horns, wipers, windows, central locking, sensors and warning lights. AC electrical faults such as relays and switches are included.

Why does my car battery keep going flat?

Common causes are a weak battery, a charging fault, or something drawing current while the car is off. We test all three. Our article on batteries draining overnight explains the process.

Can you fit accessories like a sound system or extra lights?

Yes, we fit accessory circuits, with the right wire size, fuse and relay, so they do not overload the original wiring.

Is it safe to keep driving with a warning light on?

It depends on the light. A red battery or oil light means stop soon. An engine light needs scanning. Call us with your car model and what the light looks like and we will advise.

How much does an electrical check cost?

The price depends on how long the fault takes to trace and which part needs repair. Call or WhatsApp us and we will explain what a check involves for your car.
